About the Speaker:

Xiaojin Chen is an associate professor in the Department of Sociology at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. His research interest includes life-course criminology, the well-being of socially and economically disadvantaged children, and the application of advanced statistical techniques. His recent research focuses on delinquency and victimization among children of rural-to-urban migrants in rural China.
