About the Panelists

Hangyi Chen, LMSW, received her MSW from NYU. She will begin her doctoral studies in Counseling Psychology at Fordham University this fall.

Yalu Zhang is a doctoral student at Columbia School of Social Work, focusing on aging and health policies in the U.S. and China.

Yeqing Yuan, LICSW, is a doctoral student at NYU Silver School of Social Work. Her research interest 

Yixia Cai completed her MSW at Columbia School of Social Work. She will start doctoral studies and the University of Wisconsin-Madison this fall with a focus on poverty and inequality.

Yixuan Wang is a Ph.D. candidate and adjunct instructor at Fordham University, mainly focusing on the migrant population in China, and comparative social policy studies between China and the U.S. 

Yong Gun Lee is a first-year doctoral student from South Korea and identifies as a cisgender gay man (of color). His research focus is HIV prevention involving men who have sex with men.
