Psychodrama was developed by Jacob.L.Moreno in the 1920s. It is an experiential method of group psychotherapy that uses action techniques to explore the root of psychological and social problems.

The unique charm of psychodrama lies in its emphasis on action. During the process, we have possibilities to explore our past, present or future. Our real-life situation, dreams, emotions or relationships also can be presented in a safe space. Psychodrama has been applied to diverse age and group. It can be used alone or in combination with other treatments. In this workshop, you will understand the elements and structure of psychodrama and experience the operation.
