Bio
Liu Chen is a doctoral student of the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University and a visiting scholar at CSSW from February 2023 to February 2024. Her research interests include social welfare policy and governance, public management, as well as the policy process of public health policies at the state and local level.
