Bio

Yingqi Chen is a doctoral student of the School of Government, Nanjing University and a visiting scholar at Columbia School of Social Work from January 2024 to December 2024. Her research interests include poverty and social assistance policies, child poverty, and child welfare. Currently, her research focuses on child poverty and the effects of related anti-poverty policies.
