Qin Gao to be Keynote Speaker at FISS 25th Anniversary International Conference

About the Conference

Is the welfare state coming to an end? Listen to what researchers from around the world have to say about the ongoing threats to social security. The Foundation for International Studies on Social Security (FISS) will hold its 25th Anniversary International Conference on 4-6 June 2018. The theme of the conference is "Social security at the crossroads? Learning from the past, imagining the future", including financial austerity, recurring economic crisis, demographic and climate change, armed conflict and new migration patterns, political unrest and the rise of populist or extremist ideas. The conference is currently calling for paper proposals (More information here)
