Qin Gao Publishes New Article on China's Fight Against Poverty

Qin Gao, Professor and Director of the Columbia China Center for Social Policy, recently published a new article in the Mercator Institute for China Studies, or MERICS, study on social service delivery in China. Professor Gao's article focuses on China's fight against poverty and its ambitious goal to eradicate poverty by 2020.

In this MERICS Paper on China edited by Matthias Stepan (MERICS) and Jane Duckett (University of Glasgow), ten social policy experts from four continents examine how recent advances help improve social service delivery in China.
